It appears that this was auto generated by dh's booking system ( and it's actually quite usefull .. well done dh)

1. "Call customer to offer alternative flight"
1. This implies to me that something wrong in the booking & that someone should get in contact to offer alternatives
2. "https://www.destinaholidays.com/flight"...
1. This looks like an internal dh transaction
3. To view logs paste this in mongo:* db.getCollection("booking_analytics").find({"session":1675808246573})
1. This tells them to find out what happened. 

(As a programmer I'd say that this provides a good amount of information for dh internal programmers to see what happend.)
