Attempting to tell destina that they have taken my money

The last comment from them saying "there is a transaction" they later cleared up as a typo ... they did not find it !
The beauty of this is that I tell them there is an authorisation
- at the right time
- for the right amount
- from them
and also I show them the error from their own system that could account for it.
They continue to deny that the transaction exists.
I really love the bit where they say
"If the booking was not complete then there to charge on your card from our end you will need to contact your bank to resolve the issue."
I'm not really sure .. I wish they would type better but I think this is saying it's all your banks fault .. we didn't do it.
( BTW I did contact my bank ... They can not reverse "authorisations" .. nor should they be able to as there would not be enough time to properly investigate the situation)
This state of affairs continues 'till Thursday
